    Craigslist Pic-Up

    Hey everyone!

Just got my first RTB off of Craigslist of all places. The person who sold it to me says that it is a girl but when I asked her how she knew, she said the previous owner told her that and when I said who the previous owner was, she said it was some other guy off CL. I guess only a probing will determine that.

    I digress...

This was a great pic up. The snake is about 4-4 1/2 feet long and weighs at least 10 pounds. I got the snake, it's enclosure, heat pad, big bag of aspen and two water bowls for $60. Not bad considering the snake alone is worth way more then that.

    Here are some pics:

If it's a girl, I'll be naming her "Ivy"

Wow, she's absolutely beautiful! But I think you've convinced me to start with a younger boa rather than a juvenile XD

Thanks everyone! I'm very proud of her/him! Can't believe what a steal s/he was either. S/he would have been much more manageable if s/he was a little younger BUT I have to say that I have absolutely no regrets picking her/him up. Now all I need to do is build her/him a huge cage! I just love giving myself projects.
