Jones is good, but he's never fought anyone close to Mauricio Shogun Hua. This is a huge test for him, and i'm not so sure he's going to pass...Mauricio knows what he's doing.

    Re: Jones or Rua?

I was thinking Shogun at first, but now I think I will predict a knockout by Jones. I think he will keep coming at Shogun and end up catching him with a few of those crazy spinning elbows to knock him out.

On a side note, I honestly don't think Jones is really the best for number one contender, but hey, here is his shot at it so he better capitalize!

On another side note, on my site Shogun is the underdog so he might be getting my "monetary" pick tonight

I don't see how jones is the favorite. He hasn't beat anyone and Shogun is the champ. I just don't get it.

Well Bader is a very talented fighter imo and Jones made him look like a little kid.

Even though Shogun is the UFC vet I'm predicting Jones takes the title. He's young and has so much raw talent I wouldnt be surpised if he Anderson Silva's the light heavy.

I would have liked jones to fight machida or rampage first.

That probally would have happened if Rashad didnt injure himself. Goodluck getting that belt off that kids waist now! I will enjoy watching Jones give cocky 'ol Rashad a beatdown though.

Yup that was the plan, he only got the shot to step in for Rashad. I'm pretty glad that I was right about Jones, that kid is a beast.

We have GSP holding tight onto that Welterweight belt, Anderson Silva's held his for coming on 5 years, and it's my prediction that if anyone nowadays has the ability to take and hold on to the light heavyweight belt for a handful of years or more, it's Jon Jones.
