can i get some help with my shiping please

Okay, so i am leaving Wednesday from California to Florida.
i leave at 1pm and arrive at 12Am Thursday midnight.

I was thinking about shipping my snakes wed and getting them the next day when i arrive. Fedex opens at 7 am. so if drop off my snakes at 7am will they be shipped that day in the morning or will they sit in the fedex office till the next day?

or do i need to drop it off Tuesday night in order for them to ship is wed and get it to me by Thursday,
though that scares me because Tuesday night it is supposed to be 43F and wed night is is going to be 44F though in the day time high is around 66F

i am really concerned about it. plus if its going to be that cold at night, wont i need 2 heat packs? but during the day i will only need 1.

gah please help. I will Give you any more information you ask

by box is 13x9x9 and i am shipping 3 ball pythons, all around 500 Grams and 2 baby corn snakes.
i have 2 40 hour heat packs ready if needed.

oh area codes are 91786 to 33760

You can drop the package off at FedEx on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. You have to select Priority Overnight. Here is the info about your packaging and heat pack selection: http://www.shipyourreptiles.com/en/g...s/#question-13.

okay but i am asking, is it best to drop off the earliest on Wednesday or latest.
Also, when i look at the whether, should i decided on my packaging depending on the night temp and if is is around 50F should i have 2 heat packs? or will one still be good enough for safe arrival?

Looks like this window may have passed, but perhaps not, and perhaps info can be used as a reference in the future.

You DON'T have to be FedEx certified to ship FedEx through ShipYourReptiles.com. You DO have to follow our shipping standards and guidelines.

In a well insulated box of that size, one 40 hour heat pack should be fine. Make SURE that it is well started before sealing the box. Drop it off as late as possible. Have it booked beforehand, even the day before, have it sealed and labeled when you drop if off.

A well insulated box should have no problem holding a comfortable temp with a 40 hour heat pack included. We recently did an overnight test with temps dropping to the low 40's overnight, with the package left outside, the same size package with a 40 hour heat pack, never got below 69F for a low. Overall gradient was 69F to 93F.
