4' boa in a feeding frenzy missed the rat by about a foot and latched onto my hand yesterday.
^ The reason why no one besides me is allowed in the snake room on feeding nights (or allowed to stick hands in the cages of hungry snakes ever). Wouldn't want someone else getting bloodied up, not everybody responds with "ooh, I'd better get my camera!"
