Vet Visist Went Okay

The bigger of the 2 had the start of RI so the vet gave me some shots for him, along with showing me how to give the injection.
The smaller of the two if perfectly fine though I kinda had a mental freak out when he used the same device to open her mouth as the bigger one, no wiping it off or cleaning it off in any way.
And I must be a sweet-talker or something because he sexed them for free (otherwise it would have been $20+ each to get them sexed.) It didn't turn out the way I had hopped but it was weird. He used a needle full of water and inserted it into their tails behind the vent and used the water to push the organs out.
Surprise surprise, the bigger one I had been calling Lady is a male and the smaller one is a female.
I'm just happy one is a female.
And now I have to enlist the help of my younger sister to give the bigger one his shots. After all he is her snake now (I promised her if one was a male she could have him)
Though I will continue to take care of him until I move out.

You know, i was reading one of your old post's a while back and was going to send you a PM and ask XD

i think i am going to take my boy to the vet soon. He had a slight squeak and wanted to be safe, but i wanna ask if you do not mind. How much did you pay for the check up?

All together it was $92.94 for the 2.
It was just over $30 for the exams themselves and then $10 each for vitamin ADE shots and another $10 for the shots (he gave me Gentamicin) for the RI.

Best Care Pet Hospital on "L" Street.
It was weird though because the vet was looking at the bigger one and told me "This must be an expensive snake!"
