    29 eggs!!! and counting

    well my 5 year old female just pushed out 29 eggs all duds, this is the 2nd time in a year she has done this last was 23 eggs this past spring. Its got to be tough on her to be doing this.

    i just wish she would stop doing it, only female I have ever owned that has layed eggs when not paired with a male during breeding season.

    Hi,

    Yeah that happens, some females will lay slugs others just don't lay period. Just make sure to up her calcium and increase her food. This will help her replace all she lost from laying and she will be fine and back to normal..
