My BF has a Anaconda that his Roomie purchased, they let it wonder around the house and stuff and IDK if thats hazardous to me (I am DEATHLY afraid of Snakes) or just ignore it...

i would be a little nervous of a 10 foot anaconda roaming around my house. howerver i think it might also be bad for the conda, dont they need access to water ?

just sounds like someone is asking for trouble to me...... last thing the reptile community needs is an escaped 10ft anaconda or someother stupid mishap...... They need an enclosure even if it is a SECURED extra bedroom.

They have a cage trust me, but his roomie just lets him wonder round the house... and its a one bedroom apt and that is what worries me...

wow i see where this is going. Either the snake is gonna get in some tight place and you will have to , destroy somthing to get it out, i bet the land lord will love that. Or its going to get in some one elses place, i bet that snake is freazing to yea i love snakes but nothing good comes from letting a snake of any size roam around a house.

Do the responsible thing and tell your boyfriend morons are not allowed to own pets and find the anaconda a responsible home where the owner is not putting our hobby in danger
