    Talking Baby periscoping... AWWWW!

I had previously dubbed my big girl Nerissa the "best periscoper ever," but I think little Ophelia (a baby I produced this summer) just stole her title! She does this every time I have her out, and it always kills me with cuteness.

How do they balance like that??

Thanks! She was actually the FIRST hatchling from my first clutch ever, so she's pretty special to me.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

LOL... I thought that too. Sadly, some people might actually be scared by that posture - OMG she's going to kill me!

Oh, and it's too bad I don't still have my oboe... I could totally play her a snake-charming tune.

Yeah, it always cracks me up - and amazes me at the same time! Funny thing is, she did lose her balance a few times... total face-plant onto the bedspread, LOL.
