    Rid the same as Equate?

    Have a tiny mite issue with one snake - walmart didnt have equate lice spray so i got RID. same rules apply? clean, spray down, let sit 30 mins and replace everything?
    0.1 normals, 1.0 spider, 0.1 pastel, 7.5 crested geckos, 1.0 leopard gecko, two dogs, three cats, birds, rats, mice and an old lady (shes the viscous one!)

    lol, well i plan on getting some. it was more of one of those i need to get this done NOW kinda things. mites were real bad but snake had been in water bowl for few days and she is young. hate to see her suffer.

    Hi,

    It's just one of those topics that make me nervous as heck.

    I always seem to internally re-phrase it as "Is this type of poison the same as this other type of poison as I plan to put it near my snake?"

    I'd just rather treat with a spot of dishsoap in 85f water to drown the mites on the snake while waiting for the P-A-M to arrive.

    Yeah i wouldn't risk using that stuff, could kill your snake. PAM is pricey, but well worth it, plus it works FAST!!
