A little more info might help us figure out why they arent eating. What have to tried feeding them? How often are you offering? Are you handling them? What is the setup like?

Re: hatchlings not eating
they got the same set up as my adult bps I offer food a couple different times ( ranging from smallest amice I got (since some are almost breeding size) to asf pups. )
I used the basic same setup as my other snakes. The only difference in their set up differnce is I lack 12 hatchling tubs to set them up. I know they need their own tubs but I not had the extra funds to get 12 tubs, a thermostat for them. I working on that this week. Grass cutting seaon was too dry and funds didn't come in like i had hoped. but i got the ones that eat in group tubs until I can get them this week I hope.

You really need to be a little more specific.
How often have you offered them food? 1x, 2x, x3?
Have you been handling them?
What is the setup like? (Temps, humidity, number of hides...)
Its very hard to guess why a snake isnt eating without having an accurate idea of their environment.

Re: hatchlings not eating
simple set up
temps 83 cool warm 95
humidty about 55%
food offer at least once a week.
no real handling outside of cleaning the tubs.
no hides since they are way too large ( i have to put containers)

Re: hatchlings not eating
The need small 6 quart tubs that you can get at the dollar store. Being housed together would be stressful and they will not eat with other balls present. They will think that the other will attack them. In the wild balls will not eat if they feel exposed. I would feed mouse hoppers or rat fuzzies! Good luck!

I know there are is one of the big boys that offers food in a group setup and the ones that eat are the ones that get set up on their own. However, for you I'd suggest setting them up with hides, water and maybe even some crumpled newspaper. Assuming they aren't losing allot of weight set them up and don't mess with them for a week. Then offer them a feed and leave it in over night.. check them the next morning, those who didn't eat.. LEAVE IT IN THERE.. by that night see who ate those who did are good to go. Those who don't leave them alone for a week and try agin..
