    Breeder Blogs

I was curious, to those out there in internet land, do you read Breeder Blogs?

    If you do, why?

    If you don't, why not?

Who/what do you find interesting about them?

Are you looking for clutch and collection information, or just answers to your questions regarding things?

What captures your interest to read it day to day, or week to week?

    Re: Breeder Blogs

I read a breeders blogs. I read them just because Im interested in the subject, I like to hear what other people have going on in the snake world. I love hearing other peoples opinions, clutch results, and hearing different point of views. A lot of people do other cool things besides just snake stuff too. Once I start my website Ill probably have a blog section.

    Re: Breeder Blogs

There was a point where I would check some every day, but now there's just a few that I check out every once in a while (yep, yours is one of them ). I just seem to have a more limited attention span when it comes to reading posts on the net these days, and forums tend to use up most of it. I will say that is nice to see SOMETHING updated fairly often on a breeder's website when you go cruising, just to let you know that they are active and the website is up to date. I try to post something every week or so on ours just for that reason -- I can't imagine trying to come up with something worth posting as often as you do for yours!

I don't know if it counts as a traditional blog but I love watching youtube accounts of those who show their set-up's and updates on certain things. I think it could count as a blog in a certain way.

Everyone has their own little tricks and tips which I try to incorporate into what I'm trying and watching videos is just better for me because I hate reading lol

I only read Brock Wagner's. Why? Because he always has a cool story and always has a amazing picture at the top for me to drool about

    Re: Breeder Blogs

I only read/skim if I am trying to find out some specific information. I've searched a lot of different 'blogs for info on caramels, for example.

I do appreciate that breeders take the time to put the information out there, and to be so open about their projects -- successes and failures. I have definitely found much of the information helpful.

Other than that, the only 'blogs I read regularly are the funny ones with the stupid pictures.
