Thanks! And the tarantula was some sort of Peruvian species.. I can't quite remember the name it of . Perhaps somebody more experienced will come along and identify it.

The last pic of the Pastel is stunning, seems like a BPOM entry to me.
That is one crazy looking tarantula, I wouldn't mind holding that either LOL. I've only got two but they are still small, seems it's taking forever for them to grow.

Re: Show pick ups! (Atlanta Repticon)
My reaction whilst looking through your photos:
hmm nice
nice
nice
nice
nice
nice
nice
oooh some kind of lizard
oooh
AHHHHHH SPIDER
I don't know why but spider's just get asddfawek;ljjpoi under my skin. My cousin said something about the way they move/walk being like an anomaly to our brains and so that's why for most people their first reaction is to be squeamish. But he was drunk and known for his bs so I dunno. I too would like to conquer my fear haha but it doesn't help that my other cousin almost had to have her leg amputated because of a spider bite she got out in the field ...you'd think an entomologist would know better sheesh.
