Hated watching Miami go out like that. At least we still have Gamboa!

Re: Mike Jones vs Irving Garcia in the main event of ShoBox on Showtime

Jones had a knockout over Garcia at 1 minute, 22 seconds into the 5th round. Jones, now 22-0 with 18 knockouts. Jones, from Philadelphia, may have earned the right to challenge Manny Pacquiao, who holds the WBO belt, or WBC champ Andre Berto. He has said he wanted to fight Berto for the title. I guess he does not want any parts of Pac-man?

Smith (18-2-1, 10 KOs) lost to Houston's Lanardo Tyner (24-3, 15 KOs) in the 9th round. Smith got up at the eight count, but referee Earl Morton stopped it at 1 minute, 15 seconds into the round. Tyner said now he wants to fight Jones...
