nice bp but is that a heat rock? if it is i would remove it asap and replace with a UTH and t-stat.

Weird, but it looks like a zoomed rock hide to me... But it looks to small for the snake.  Maybe its a weird angle... Now im confused... I think your right... I was thinking the cords could be from a heat lamp...
