Idiots
I do know the local reptile shop sells out of babies pretty much as soon as they get them in. I worked there briefly and was amazed by how many people had them. Of course, very rarely did anyone have one with decent size, most had juvies which always made me wonder.
On the other hand, we are dealing with possible legislation right now so who knows, maybe PETA or the HSUS are involved in the "escape" of this one.
