Just a heads up for any one interested: Tonight is the final episode of The Ultimate Fighter on Spike leading up to Saturday's live finale headlined by Court McGee vs. Kris McCray and a light heavyweight bout between TUF alumni Matt Hamill and Keith Jardine.

I am shocked with the two finalist. They both improved from their first fight on the show. Both lost a fight.
