    AFT egg hatched!!

Yep, one of the several eggs my AFT geckos laid has hatched! I came home to this gorgeous little guy!

Right now I have NO idea when this particular egg was laid, and I don't think the other egg is any good, not sure. It's pretty ugly but still solid. All of the other 6? eggs went bad(again, I'd have to look up to see exactly how many were laid, it was either 6 or 8 total). This baby is poss het albino, as dad was het albino, and mom was either het albino or normal striped(I don't know which female laid the eggs, and since either way the babies would be either poss het albino or if the other female laid them possibly Albinos.. it didn't really matter, and I thought they were all bad.)

I'm pretty stoked, and I'm setting up his baby bin now. He's sooo tiny! I'll be ordering some teeny crickets in I guess, not sure if anyone carries crickets so tiny! I do have teeeeny mealworms though so we'll start him off on those as soon as he sheds.

Something to possibly look forward to for me. Adorable and gorgeous little baby! I bought a pair of adults last month - hopefully some day I'll get a few babies myself.

He's eating crickets right now. Later he'll have mini mealworms. Thanks!
