    Cellucor D4 Thermal Shock

I've been taking this stuff for a little bit, probly about two weeks total. Right now I've run out, and am waiting to get more from a friend. So I've been taking my non caffeine "Fat Burner" from a smoothie place called Juice It Up.

I've been off the Cellucor since Tuesday. Wednesday I was ok. Thursday I had a small but consistent headache, and today (Friday) I woke up with my head pounding. I never get headaches, so I'm assuming it's from the lack of caffeine. I just fixed a cup of green tea, I'm hoping that will help.

I don't mind going through it... My body will get over it soon enough. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this with products that are similar?

ps, I haven't weighed myself recently... I'll weigh in today and see if I've lost anything while on the Cellucor.

I have personally got head aches from too much caffeine but never got them from not having enough. Head aches are no fun

Elise.M, what you experienced is pretty common when trying to get yourself off of any supplement, or just naturally ending a cycle. I have had terrible headaches a few days after ending supplements also, so don't worry at all. It may be the caffeine like you said.

I'm pretty confident it's just the caffeine. I had two cups of green tea and the headache went away. Haven't had a cup in a few hours and the headache is back... Same pounding and everything.

It definitely sucks alot of bad words... But I can get through it!

lol. I swear some supplements have to add stuff that they don't list on the label. I know that is illegal but cmon some supplements are crack-like lol. You are probably right. That's why I study up so much on whatever I put into my body. You really never know from a label. You have to read personal reviews from people.

Sorry I'm so late to this... May has been a busy month.

I'm not trying to cut it out. I ran out of the pills, and am waiting on a friend to order them. I was drinking green tea to help the headache.

These capsules have 290 MG of caffeine in them. I was only taking one in the afternoon, about 2:00pm. Once I get more in, if I ever do, I'll be taking two a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon.

Wow, so you would be taking in 580 mg of caffeine a day!! I take in roughly about 175 mg of caffeine a day.

so your taking in 580 mgs along with a fat burner? even if its just the caffeine alone I still think thats a bit much especially considering your size. why so much?
