Question keeping males and females together

After the eye's open I wait a week and then put all the weinlings in a holding tub together, males and females. At two weeks with their eyes open I separate males and females into their own tubs. But now I'm leaving on a holiday so how long can I keep the sexes together? The day I leave is the day all the weinlings will be pulled from there parents and housed together (7 days after their eyes are opened).
