    Sterilite rack?

Alright, so here's the deal. I have my bp's in bins, but right now I do not have a rack to put the bins in. I'm getting another snake (or two.. ) by the end of the summer, and need a rack before I trip over a stack of plastic boxes.

I'm also incompetent when it comes to building things, even with detailed and easy instructions, so I figured I'd nab one from animal plastics. I've been looking at the sterilite juvi/adult 4/8 bin economy rack because I keep telling myself I'll never have more than than 4 snakes... ... and it's what's most appropriate for now.

I just wanted opinions about that rack from the people who've bought or know animalplastics before I toss the money at it. I also wanted to know if these types of bins would be okay for carpet pythons. They've caught my snake mongering eye, and I just want to make sure they wouldn't be able to escape something like that because I know they're a slimmer bodied snake.

Sorry if this is in the wrong category... wasn't sure where to put it

    Re: Sterilite rack?

I think any of Animal Plastics, Reptile Basics and Boaphile are all good choises.

The one thing I REALLY recomend is to get a rack that has at least 2 more slots than you have snakes. I used to say I would only get 4 snakes MAX. Well I'm up to 5 BPs and 2 baby Boas in the way...

I LOVE my 32qt x4 tub RBI rack. But I do regret not buying a rack with more tub space. I also regret not getting the 41qt tub version instead.

I know Boaphile has a nice 41qt 4x tub rack. RBI makes a much cheaper (as in price) 3x tub version. I dont know much about Animal Plastics.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the racks from RBI and Boaphile can be stack on top of each other (of the same type) for expansion.

    Re: Sterilite rack?

the ones from rbi i believe are cheaper because they come without the tubs. they come out to be more then the boaphile when you add the tubs(i may be wrong). i would go with the boaphile if your gonna get a rack.

this is the one i picked up
    http://www.boaphileplastics.com/rhin...sterilite.html

this is the list of what they have
    http://www.boaphileplastics.com/rhinoraxx_choices.html

they have racks with both sterilite and rubbermaid. and jeff is an awesome guy to deal with when it comes to customer service. he accidently sent me the 5 rack instead of the 6 and had it picked up the next day sent me the other in a few days. no bull from him!
