Yup, three big name fights that could all be main events, and a bunch of what some might call 'blah', but I certainly don't.

I actually really like seeing fighters who aren't big names in the ring. Once someone is established, you usually aren't surprised by the things they are capable of. I love that bit of mystery behind less established fighters, it always keeps you (and their opponents) guessing.

I'm not sure anyone can beat Silva unless it is with a lucky punch/kick.

I know B.J. Penn a little bit, so his fights are always interesting. I think he should stay at lightweight and forget about going back to welter to get at GPS again. I don't think he will stay -- he has a REAL distaste for GSP and BELIEVES he can beat him. I am not too sure George is not just too strong for him. B.J. likely walks over anyone from LW division.

I def. wouldn't call this card "blah" imo.

Anderson Silva vs. Demian Maia (Middleweight Championship)
B.J. Penn vs. Frankie Edgar (Lightweight Championship)
    Matt Hughes vs. Renzo Gracie
Terry Etim vs. Rafael Dos Anjos
    Kendall Grove vs. Mark Munoz

My picks are in bold. Silva by TKO ground and pound in the 1st. BJ Penn by UD total domination. Gracie by sub for the revenge, in the 1st. Munoz by TKO in the 2nd.

Demian Maia is one of my favorite fighters...his BJJ transitions are sick! Still though Silva is super human...so I see him winning this fight by KO unless Maia can get him on the ground early...

Renzo over Hughes by sub....guillotine just like he did Militich...

BJ will beat "The Answer" up pretty good....no doubt about it.

Kendall Grove needs this win, IMO...we'll see how he does.

I'm going to have to go against Anderson Silva. It's probably not the smart move, but he's been wanting out of the game for some time. I think that might affect his mindset. It's going to be fun when this gets down to the ground. It will, and I'm hoping we'll see how Silva works off his back (which should be exciting!)

I love seeing Penn fight, and I love seeing him win. I'm just rooting for him.

My only real prediction: Hughes is going to mop the floor with Renzo Gracie. Hughes is hungry.

It looks like Paul Taylor is being deemed medically unfit to fight due to health complications resulting from his weight cut. I think they are pulling this match from the card...
