    New Camera...In the dark!!

I just picked up a new camera and wanted to test it out before I decided to drag the snakes out, so I opened a tub without turning a light on in the room, put the camera REALLLL close (like...no more than 2 - 3" away from her head), put the flash on and took this pic....

If it looks THAT good in the freakin DARK...I can't WAIT to see what the pics will look like on Super Macro with some good lighting. HOLY MOLY!

Oh and btw, if you were wondering - Picked up a FujiFilm FinePix S2700HD

Haha...actually she wasn't too bad about it. After a few pictures though she started squirmin so I was like "ok, I'll leave you alone for now"

But I am SO excited. This thing is amazing. It's probably WAYYY too much camera for me, but I'm excited to learn it. I spent quite a bit more than I'd hoped (like $60 more) but after taking a few pics of random things, I couldn't be happier with how clear they are.
