    Gregg Valentino, the man with the world's biggest arms...

    This is an old video and his arms are not that big now. They are still huge but not that size. This is also the guy who's arm exploded...

    Yeah, he admitted to juicing (a lot) and selling (he was actually busted for it). People have claimed he has used Synthol but he denies it. Not sure what smh means?

    I used to read his "Rambling Freak" column in MD magazine. It's pretty funny stuff sometimes. Im not sure if he still has it though.
