Here is where we can talk about the types of supplements everyone is currently taking or have taken.
Currently I am using:
Micronized Creatine
Glutamine
100% Egg Protein
Vitamin/Mineral supplement
And I have on order "Universal Animal Flex" for my joints and ligaments. I have been having a lot of problems with my wrists and elbows the stronger I get so I am hoping this helps. Everyone seems to say it takes about a month to build up in your system. So in a months time I will report back and say if it helped or not.
