Mangroves?

I know mangroves are venomouse but they are colubrids. Now I am a resident in a small town called Corfu in new york. I am completly aware of the laws in new york but i think that the venomous animals are banned by family. such as all Viperidea and all Elapidae. Are colubrid venomous illegal. I gained this theory because hognoses are legal but im not sure about others such as cat eyed snakes mangroves and boomers? Are they?

Hognose are banned in NY city limits not sure about the rest of the state.
