    Saltwater Nano Tank

I've always wanted to get into saltwater aquariums but I always thought you needed huge tanks to do it right. This girl I used to work with is into nano tanks and showed me how easy a nano tank really is. I have a 5 gallon tank has been running for over month and just started another 5 2 weeks ago. Its not as difficult as some people say. With the small tanks you just do 10% weekly water changes and don't overstock or over feed. I need some better lighting but I haven't found too many light fixtures suitable for this size tank. I'm pretty much done stocking the tank except for a coral or 2 but those will come when I get better lights. Right now I have 1 Ocellaris Clown, 1 Scooter Blenny, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, 2 Astrea Snails, 4 blue leg hermit crabs, 1 button polyp, and some star polyps. Pics are a little blurry, not to good at tanking pics of fish tanks.

Nice tank. My dad is a huge saltwater finatic. He has a 240 gallon reef setup, a 100 gallon and 75 gallon frag tanks, a 30 gallon refugium. Reef tanks are truely awsome though. To see everything grow and to have the micro environment in your house is awsome. But yours is real nice. They're always great conversation pieces, and really are a piece of art.

Yeah hes neat to watch cause he swims kinda funny and does all sorts of things with his antennas. He also removes parasites from fish when they hold still long enough for him to work.

Stick your finger in there and he'll clean your fingers too. It really cool to have a bunch on cleaner shrimp munching on the dead skin and stuff.
