    Taylor show pick up

I just got home from the taylor show an over all I was kind of disappointed I was look for different morphs a female pinstripe and spider and a male ojave and albino. There were only a handful of BP breeders there. And the only albino which is the one i really wanted to pick up was sold the moment the doors opened. Anyways I picked up 3 beautiful snakes so I cant complain. (My camera does not do these snake justice especially the last one)

First is our new Female Yellow Belly we named Geisha. (from Nature Spirit reptiles)

Second is our new Male Mojave We named Cactus Jack (also from Natures Spirit).

And this and our prize of the show a female Lemon blast we named Starburst. (From John and Gary at Pro Herps)

Very nice looking animals there. What are your future breeding projects looking like?

I am not sure on my breeding projects yet. Right now I have some Normal X yellowbelly match ups this year but the future I might do the Jigsaw blast I also have 500$ to use still to add to my collection so open for ideas.

Yeah, I was disappointed too! It was my first time at the new location. But you did end up with some real nice snakes though! My son and I picked up a nice male Mojave too from Casey! You might of been next to me when I was looking at the Mojaves, cause Casey was talking to someone about how nice these two Yellow Bellies where.

    Re: Taylor show pick up

I went to the Taylor Show this weekend also - it was my first time at the new location. I think I prefer the old location better - things seemed too scattered about at the new location. The old location seemed much more private/comfortable - I don't know, that's just my impression.

I purchased an '08 Male RTB from All American Redtails - awesome people. My two previous BP's were from John & Gary (Proherps) - great guys.

Tinley Park was also this weekend. I think most of the breeders went there for the Breeders Conference...

Was it just me or did the prices seem to go up at the new location?

    Re: Taylor show pick up

Prices didnt really seem to go up.. Although may have some because of there being less competition.
The new location isnt quite as good. but its still in the begining fases, maybe we will get more used to it? I dont know.
But there was plenty of people missing because they were at Tinley instead, next month should be more selection.

    And also nice pick ups
