It looks like he was head wobbling in the 1st pic. But I would prefer bumblebee's with less black stippling. Yours is still nice though.

Yeah the pics really don't let his true color shine. The stripping is a little bit lighter then it shows in the pics(crapy camera). Yeah he does have a little wobble but I like it....think it's cool to see them twist and turn like that

I thought only spiders carried that wobble? Guess you learn something new every day!

    Congrats!!!

Little off topic...I find it funny that whenever someone says something about colors. The person always says its because they have a crappy camera. LOL
I am a photographer and a crappy camera is hard to come by. Its the person behind the camera that makes it out to be crappy

When you breed a Spider x Pastel you will get a bee....hopefully. The spider carries the wobble which is passed on to the bee....and sorry let me correct myself. It is not the camera, I guess I'm just not the greatest photographer LOL

    Re: New male Bumblebee!!!

sometimes the spider will pass the gene onto the bee. Mine was wobbley at first...did not notice until I got him home. He is a little older pushing 4 1/2 months....haven't seen the wobble since the couple of months of bringing him home. I think being nervous brought it out of him. But now....(thankfully) I haven't seen anything in the manner of wobbles or head flips!!
