    Does state this.

    The bill would not affect possession or sales within a state. People would keep and retain responsibility for existing animals.


    Also is ball pythons on that list of not allowed to be shipped fromstate to state.

    As I understand it, it is just the 9 large constrictors addressed in the USGS report.

    As I understand it the bill has left the commitee and is now going to the senate for vote?

    It hasn't passed yet. This is just one of the steps on the way to it being passed.
    Correct me if I'm wrong here but how I understand it what happened here is that the comittee approved it to go to vote in the senate. So it's still got a ways to go but if the comittee didn't think it could pass then they probably wouldn't have approved it.
