    My Mice

Pictures of the mice I breed for my snake ^^ I have some awesome colors.

This is Nyx, she's considered a black. She's on my crap list due to her habit of eating babies :| I'm currently waiting to see if she's preggy or not before dumping her to the snake.

Pretty much the same with this girl minus the baby eating bit. No name, but she's albino.

These are three out of five of the albino female's litter who were sired by a pink eyed, broken marked silver male. I found it interesting that both parents were pinked eyed, but the entire litter had black eyes. They're all considered broken marked either black or blues. Hard to tell with the baby coats. I might keep one of the females from this litter, but I'm not sure.

    Again, same litter.

This female is out of an albino female and a broken marked brindle male. I'm considering keeping her but I'm not sure if she's inherited her sire's weight issues. Color is probably brindle.

My breeders. Left is Jigsaw, the sire of the possible brindle female. He's rather fat, which is due to his genetics (brindles can have weight issues; Jigsaw himself weighs a massive 72 grams. My other mice normally top out in the upper 30s). To the right is a black female I bred. She's out of a recessive yellow female and an albino male. No name for her yet. Inside the log is my brindle female Nova who's taking care of her week and a half old litter.

I don't know the gender or number of the pups, but there's at least five colors: black or blue, albino, brindle, recessive yellow, and a broken marked brindle. They're sired by Jigsaw.

The two albinos are the brothers of the possible brindle downstairs. The broken marked black/blue is probably going to be my next breeding male, so I've named him Ben. I'm keeping him in reserve since I don't know how long Jigsaw will live due to his weight issues.
