What kind of cage top do you have? It either looks like a bad shed, or she has been rubbing her nose on a mesh top. At least thats what I see.

Is it stuck shed? It looks like there is stuck shed around her nostrils. How was her last shed? Does she press her nose against anything in the cage?
Person above beat me to it

Do you have a mesh top? We need to figure out the problem first... If it's a mesh top with a light on it, then its too hot and it is dangerous for your animal. (the mesh is too hot) I would suggest you change your enclousure. My first bp was in an aquarium with a mesh top. His nose always had rubbing issues. I got smart and bought a tub.
I really think its a bad shed. Don't worry about it. It will come off soon enough. Every time she drinks, water will loosen it up. Just check your humidity next time she goes into shed.

it its stuck shed, u probably dont hafta worry about it since its just a small amount. or u can just take it off.
if its a nuse rub thats causing that, then theres some precautionary things u should look into.
