how to calculate freezer space needed for F/T?

Got 16 snakes and more on the way. They all currently take prekilled. I'D LOVE to convert them to frozen thawed as I live in nowheresville alaska and the ONLY pet shop, breeder, anything- within 3 hours drive- charges $3.50+ tax per mouse- no matter the size- live or not. (ugh ripoff). trying to breed mice but dont have a great amount of space, (even in the rack system) plus we'll be having a baby soon and I'd rather not have to deal with the constant work involved with breeding the mammals after my daughter is born.

Thinking about getting this order off rodentpro.com

    100 large pinkies
    200 fuzzies
    200 hoppers
    300 large adults
    25 xl adults.

I figure it should hold everyone over for a couple months at least.

Its about $320 for it with the $125 shipping, always found it hilarious that they need $125 in dry ice to keep dead mice frozen whilst shipping to the artic circle.

It takes up all but 2% of the box space for one box- using ups. Have to use rodentpro as they're the only one i can find that will ship to me. Wrote them and asked but they havent answered.

Does anyone have a way to calculate how much freezer space that you'll need for your F/T mice?

Id hate to get it here and have half of it wasted because I cant fit it all.

I did a small order through rodent pro once. The box they used would probably fill about 60-75% of a typical size freezer unit built into a frig.
