If you breed reptiles, what is your guarantee like?

I'm writing the TOS for my website, and i'm curious as to what other people offer.

How long do you guarantee health on an animal and why?
Correct sex/size?
Live arrival?

Etc. Just looking for some info worth reading here

Live arrival guaranteed as long as signed for on first delivery attempt.
24 hour satisfaction guarantee (buyer pays return shipping)
7 day health guarantee

For me, these terms cover everything that could happen such as DOA, improper sexing, buyer's remorse, illness.

I haven't had any shipping problems, no sexing issues or health problems and no dissatisfied customers. I would have no problem honoring my terms though and would likely go above and beyond based on the situation.

Our TOS included the basics like live, healthy, eating, properly sexed-we do have on there that the live arrival guarantee is null and void if the wrong shipping address is given.

We breed burms so we also also include the states, cities, counties that we know of to be illegal to own a burm in and that the purchaser is responsible for knowing their own state/local laws. And we will also not sell a burm to anyone under the age of 18.
