Thinking of new coconut husk bedding

What do you guys think of coconut husk bedding? it's cheap, easily changes, can be hydrating, etc etc.
I've been using a 50/50 mixture of sand and coconut husk for my tortoises. and pure coconut husk for my Malagasy and ball pythons but what do you guys think of it for regular western hoggies?

I just put my hognose on coconut husk and she seems to love it. She was on bark but the husk seems easier for her to burrow.

great. Mine have been on crushed walnut but i think the husk will be better for them, as long as it's dry. Thanks for the input! next cage cleaning will be switching to coconut.
