Re: Deborah, the alligator snapping turtle
Is your ast eatting pellets or anything else? I've had my hatchling for 2 weeks now and cant prove its eating pellets or frozen shrimp it still has some white on its belly where the yolks stack was. I have guppys and ghost shrimp that I've noticed some missing. Hard to find info on ast so seeing someone on a recent forum who has one gives me a chance to learn more. For the meantime mines in a 20 gallon and the water is around 3-4" with a temperature around 78-79 + or - .

I dont intend on feeding pellets, so I cant answer that specifically. If yours is eating the guppies, just subsidize that with some vegetables, like lettuce and carrots. Pellets aren't the only answer.
Your tank sounds good though.
