Pastel Freeway or more?

I just hatched this guy today. I'm really happy with him but I'm not sure on his ID. Pairing was yb asphalt x yb pastel granite hgw.
I see at least pastel yb asphalt but he looks different than the ones I've seen. Standard variation or do you think he got one of the other genes too? TIA!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...bc288b2837.jpg

I’d say pos granite, the hgw freeway has more pattern.

That snake is part of the reason we have decided mine does have hgw. That seller has that snake miss IDed though, it obviously doesn't have pastel because of the lack of white compared to pastel freeways. I don't blame him, it's very tricky IDing these newer combos and not knowing exactly how they interact. The change in pattern from a typical freeway with the lines going parallel to the body to these new combos that have horizontal patterning is how you can see the hgw. The obvious lightening and white coloration is how you can ID the pastel, this is typical with all freeway pastel combos. Lastly the granite isn't 100% but the way mine has the speckles and grainy neck pattern is how we think the granite is showing.

So for now mine is IDed as hgw pastel granite freeway but we won't know for sure until he proves out through breeding but I do believe he will prove out.

After reviewing that one listed again, I don't know if his has pastel or not, the pairing was a hgw freeway x pastel butter yb/asphalt so I would assume he could see its different then the parent he has. I almost wonder if his has butter making it look so different. I'm not going to try IDing someone else's animal so all I can say is what I believe mine is and from the other breeders I've shown and what research I've done, we've come to the conclusion that mine is hgw pastel granite freeway and until proven through breeding we won't be able to say with 100% certainty.

Yea after taking a closer look I’m thinking that the one listed on mm might be a butter hgw freeway. Have you reached out to Billy from mutation creation?

The second pictures you posted make me think that it is a hgw pastel freeway based on other pastel freeways on mm yours does have a much busier pattern.
