Baby ball python trying to escape terrarium after handling
Ive only had my baby BP for about a month now. I waited to handle him until he had eaten once. I've only handled him twice and it was over a week apart and it was for about 20 minutes each time. I noticed after I put him back in his terrarium he stays out and we explores and tries to escape for the rest of the day. Is that just stress from being handled? Is it normal or should I be doing anything different?
He seems relaxed while holding him. Slow tongue flickers, body isn't tense and slowly exploring the area.

Seems pretty normal to me! My girls don't do this but my little male gets more active after a handling session, coasting around his tank. I think we're just waking them up, aha... as long as he doesn't look tense or stressed there's probably nothing wrong!

Okay, thank you so much! I was hoping I wasn't alone with this. It's so hard not to over worry with them lol.
