Identify Boomi the boa PUH-LEASE

Hey y’all
I've been rehabilitating this boa someone gave me from Craigslist.
I’m real curious as to what her morph may be!
Would anyone be able to point me towards the lineage(s) she may resemble?

Need an actual full body shot showing the dorsal pattern and tail coloration. Head pattern looks Boa imperator. As for lineage, unless you have pedigree from a breeder there’s no telling.

I'd like to see a full body shot from above of that boa. Looks like it may be BC based on the head to me (could always be a mix, no way to tell without lineage)

Not sure either, and as mentioned, without lineage, know way to know for sure most of the time. If you don't plan on breeding, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Such a lovely boa! Her body tone seems to be right where it should be and she looks fairly healthy. She seems to be a mature boa as well.

She looks like a Boa imperator/common boa. Beyond that, I can only give you what I like to call the "what is my carpet python?" answer: if you don't have any documentation or a pedigree, you can't say for sure what lineage/locality/morph they are. Just know that you have an awesome pet boa!

As with any Craigslist reptile pick-up, it may be a good to get her over to a qualified reptile vet for a quick check-up if you can/haven't already. Disease screening may be a good idea as well -- IBD is a constant cloud hanging over the boa world -- though this isn't as urgent if she appears to be healthy and you don't have any other reptiles in the house. If you're looking to do some reading, I'd highly recommend picking up a copy of The More Complete Boa Constrictor by Vin Russo; if you can't find it, his other (smaller) book Boas in Captivity hits on most of the basic husbandry points from his larger book, and some locality stuff as well. I'd also highly recommend The Boa Constrictor Manual by Philippe de Vosjoli, Roger Klingenberg, and Jeff Ronne as well for a small, quick husbandry reference.
