Albino Boas

I'll start off by saying my knowledge of Boa morphs is very low. But I'm interested in an albino-type BCI. By that I mean an albino, sunglow or any morph along those lines. I like the contrast seen in some with the sharp red saddles against the pale background. It seems as the animal ages, the contrast fades and the colors seem to blend together. What BCI albino morphs are best known for maintaining the contrast?

Hard to say really. All will yellow out with age but as a general rule, sharps hold their reds/orange more. There are stuff like corals which color up nicely. Just remember, a baby will be bright no matter what so you need to see the parents. Also lipstick line hold colors well too. After about 2 years, you are pretty well done with any kind of fade. Like here is an example. This is Vicky who is a Lipstick line/EBV Red group sunglow. First pic is her as a baby and other pics are her now. She's in shed now so I'll try and get a pic of her when she sheds. She's just about 3 years old now. Gotta love the huge eyes of baby boas lol.

Thanks, Sauzo. That is a drastic difference from when she was young to now. I'd be interested in seeing her post-shed pics. Do you happen to know if the Jungle gene helps any with the color?

Honestly not sure as I don't really get the jungle thing to begin with lol. Pretty much any albino or sunglow is going to yellow up to some extent. If you want something in a boa that is going to stay white like a pied BP, your best bet is a princess diamond boa from Jeremy Stone.
