    Temperature monitoring
Hey all. So I have been looking around at different thermometers and such, trying to find a nice accurate one to monitor temps. I currently use an ir temp gun.

My question is have any of you tryed to use the wifi style thermometers? I have been looking at them and these seem like it maybe something worth looking at. We could use these to document any changes big or small and alot of them even have alarms/alerts for high or low temps.

Honestly, IDK if it would work but being as i am a control freak having eyes on my enclosure temps would be amazing. I was also thinking about maybe taking my aquarium controller "Since I have recently Shut that down to focus on the BP hobby"
which is a Neptune systems controller i could possibly set one controller with quite a few temp probes. I believe their temp. probes work outside of water.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

    Thanks

I used a wifi thermometer (no-name brand) it worked good for a month, then it started sending me erratic notifications that one of my snake rooms had exceeded 104F (lies). It always said 104F at least once a day.
