    Which would you choose?
I’m wanting to add another male to my collection for future breeding purposes. Just not sure which one I want to get. Thanks for your advice and suggestions.

First up is a male pinstripe het pied. I’ve always liked the patterns on the pinstripes because they just stand out from the normal looking ball pythons. Pairing him with the right female could land some piebalds, which is another snake I’ve always wanted.

Next up is a super pastel het ghost. I think the snake is nice looking because of his bright colors, but his pattern just reminds me of a normal looking ball python, which doesn’t excite me much. I know the good thing with him is I will never end up with normals. I just don’t know what I would want to pair him with.

That would be ideal. But only one for now.

You seem more interested in the pinstripe and have more clarity about your plans for him, plus you like the idea of possibly getting pieds. I'd go with the pinstripe. Caveat: I'm not a BP breeder; I'm just offering a relatively uninformed opinion.

Just to throw my two cents in with Caitlin, I think you should go with the pinstripe as well. My first BP, well my first in many years, is an orange dream kingpin, and I love what pinstripe has done with the color and pattern. Not a breeder either, but I watch enough youtube to have seen some cool projects come together with the addition of pinstripe.

Yeah. I’ve always liked the pinstripes since I saw them at the repticon show about 2 years ago. So that’s what I decided to go with. I will have him this afternoon in quarantine for a few days.

Will do. I’m new to breeding myself. I have 6 eggs in the incubator right now that should be ready in about 25 days, give or take.

Pairing was my male Mojave with my female pastel lesser het gstripe
