2020 0.1 Jungle Carpet Python Progression
Hatched 6/21/2020 via maternal incubation by Mike Curtin at Scattershot Exotics from his Mr. Clean x Valentina pairing. 65grams on arrival, spicy and spunky right out of the deli cup but calmed down within a minute or two. Only 7 months old and I’m very excited to see her yellows develop even more.

Letting her settle in to her quarantine tub for a bit before feeding but she’s currently up in the perches stalking the floor. Mike said she ate last week and is good to settle on for a bit. May offer a rat fuzzy in a day or two, as she’s been out on her perches shortly after sunset the last two nights.
Can’t say enough good things about Mike. Great guy, super easy to work with, happily held on to her while we waited for good shipping weather, kept me posted all along the way, and would not hesitate for a second to recommend him.
Thinking maybe Estelle/Stella partially because of her star shaped head stamp, trying to scheme up a middle name because that’s my thing. Looking forward to many years of retina scorching black and yellow scales from this kid here.

That's a bright little jungle you've got there, wow! Congrats!
Glad to hear that she had a nice flight and is settling in well. I'm looking forward to watching her progress over the years -- if she's that bright at less than a year old, I can't imagine what she'll be like when she's older.

Awesome pick up crook! Those parents and grandparents are phenomenal looking, so she's gonna look amazing. Can't wait to see her grow.
