My banana has blue eyes with a red pupil. The red is only visible with flash or in super bright light, otherwise his eyes are just blue. Not like BEL blue, but a darker and more opaque sort of blue. Looks navy almost in dim lighting.

Wow, pretty snake! My boy is just a banana, no other genes. He's tough to get face pics of, so I have a hard time finding good pictures that show his eyes.
Here's one that has the red showing from a flash.

And one of his eyes p re etty close to normal. I think he is in shed for this one, but his eyes look nearly identical in blue to how they do normally.

I have a banana bee and he has the same exact navy blue eyes with red tint you describe. Never noticed it before now I thought they were black.

Okay so now I'm gonna have to shine the light on my banana's eyes and see if they are red underneath-- they just look black to me.

First two are how my pewter bananas eyes look normally. The second one is just with the flash. In person his eyes are a very deep red.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...eace60e905.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...60329cde7c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...fc012fb4f0.jpg
