it isn't at all unusual for any ball python, morph or normal, to develop spots like this. They can sometimes appear at one shed and disappear with the next shed. Sometimes they stay for several sheds, and sometimes they are permanent.

Sometimes the spots are white/yellow, sometimes orange, even brown or black are not unheard of. And it seem that when the pied gene get's in the mix, the results can be baffling. I have two normal het pied females who both randomly develop bright spots/blush spots here and there a few times a year. They usually don't appear twice in the same place, but scattered here and there on their body.

From the look of the pictures, these are normal, healthy scales that simply changed pigment. They are nothing to worry about. I have seen examples when the entire snake changes color like that all at once after a shed. They literally turn from their normal coloring to almost a greyscale look overnight. THAT is enough to freak anyone out. This is normal.
