I don't know what to make of him, but definitly a cool looking rat.
I finally found a rattery near me that deals with dumbos. Can't wait to get one:rat:

I have right now 3 dumbo Siamese in the racks raising up.
Id have plenty of dumbos you could choose from to get started.
This lil guy will live his life as a pet. As im sure he wont grow much more in his life or live too long. Looks like a Runt that was stunted from not getting enough food. Either way hes here to stay..

That is awesome! I have a ton of hairless dumbo's, I get 4-5 almost every litter, but I have never had one stay small like that. I think they are really cool and the fact that its gonna stay tiny makes it even cooler! GL with him/her

Do you ever attend any shows on the east coast?

Hmm...this is interesting. Especially because I have a tiny little 6 week old hairless female that I've been wondering whether she's a dwarf or not. But just like yours, she's incredibly sweet and has a home here with me.

I've had a few tiny ones like that seem to always be the double rex, one of the small ones I kept just had her first litter, but she is at least close to a normal sized female now. I figure she was just a runt

We call them runts where i come from lol. Most likly what has happend if he was the runt he wasn't able to get to the milk cause his brothers and sisters would be much stronger and push him away. Which usally causes stunned growth and smaller size. When ever we see runts in our colonies we sometimes tend to just cull them out and just feed them off. Every once in a while one will make it through and we end up seeing them being twice as small as the rest. We don't breed them but end up just feeding them off...

I wont be breeding or feeding him off. Ive had runts before, but they always caught up.
This guy has been nursing still on some females and eating food fine. I dont think hell ever grow.

It looks like a dwarf Rich, it has all of the characteristics of a dwarf, I'm not saying it is for sure but it looks more like a dwarf than a runt.
