Colin, I will trade you Carson Palmer for Cassel if you want. Palmer has thrown for some big numbers in the past. He would be as much as a gamble post surgery as Cassel is on a new team.
Up to you.

Hmmmm....White vs Carolina or Britt vs Houstin. Both at home.
I would honestly go with White. Britt had a good week...but no defensive coordinators have tape on him. Before he was just a rookie playing his first game...no knowing what to expect.
White is also a #1 receiver for Atlanta...I don't know what # Britt is.
Re: Official Week 2 BP.net Fantasy Thread...
hes a number 2/3...i hope i dont end up kickin myself for leaving britt off the lineup again. But white is more of a safe bet at this point in the season...if britt has more points again, im thinkin white or marques colston gonna get benched.
p.s. go titans

Are you going off of 2 preseason games?
BTW...Eli's fantasy points have dropped consistently over the past 3 years. They have a solid running game. Who would he throw to this year? They let go of their receivers.
IMO, Eli is not much better than Cassel. Cassel actually had more fantasy points than Eli last year. Cassel also plays in a much weaker division than Eli. For instance...Cassel is going up against the Raiders this week who have the worst record in the combined in the last 5 years (yes even worst than the lions) while the Giants are going up against Dallas.
And you wont even consider Matt Cassel decent?
Just because of fantasy points? Eli is a way better qb then Cassel. Like you said, Giants have no receivers. Giants have a running game, Chiefs don't. Just because of fantasy points doesn't make somebody a better receiver. I still say Cassel isn't a good qb, he's not even decent to me, however he may be decent to other people.

Is this thread not about fantasy football?
You should go review the stats of Eli and Cassel from last season before you say anything else.

I could actually careless about stats. I know Eli is a better qb. Everybody knows it actually. Just Cassel had a better year in fantasy.

You go look at the stats. Eli threw for like 400 less yards, 1 less interception, and Cassel also played for the patriots who had 2-3 good receivers. Need I say more?

...please don't. He CLEARLY is not a decent QB in the NFL.
