I can tell you that the best Applock is LEO Privacy. No 1 Android Applock to protect apps! Lock up your Facebook, WhatsApp, Clash of Clans, Messenger, Gallery and other important apps which may leak your privacy with LEO Privacy. And it can also protect your privacy by hiding images and videos. This is the best app to hide photos.

Hey Judy losing weight is not a short term commitment it definitely is a long term commitment. 2 years ago I came home from work and I felt like I was just going to die. My wife rushed me to the ER and come to find out I had a blood sugar of 502 and I was heading in to Diabetic shock. I had no clue I was even a Diabetic . I spent a week in the hospital trying to get my blood sugar low enough for me to go home. when I came into the hospital I was 475 pounds.2 years later I am now 319 pounds still over weight thank goodness I am 6'3 and carry my weight well but, I lost like 160 pounds in to years so far and I am still currently working my way down. So I know the struggles and hoops you have to go through in order to eat healthy and be active. Because I love me some candy, cakes and all that good stuff. as of now my Diabetes is controlled and I maintain a blood sugar of 92-100. So just keep working at it and eat right and excersize, walking is very very very good for you. Congratulations on the weight you have lost and every pound you lose is 1 step closer to where you want to be!!

Thanks, Mark!! The hardest part of the whole recipe is getting the hummus out of the blender.

You're doing well Judy, keep it up. I think I'll give that recipe a try, sounds like it would be good and quick.

i was in the navy for 24 years, my wife is not the biggest snake fan eather. but she took care of them when i went out to sea with the help of friends. she also took care of the large spider collection i had. but allways had a can of raid standing by just in case. i did my part by gitting rid of the big nasty ones and the hot ones also. my dream is to build the number of snakes up.

    Hey, thanks for the comment!!

I've heard that, about how NOT weighing yourself helps some people. Doesn't work for me, though. I'm way too good at lying to myself and can convince myself that whatever I'm doing is probably working. So I need to see actual progress (or lack thereof) on the scale to help keep me on track. Of course, it can be depressing or discouraging, too...but not weighing is a sure-fire way for me to gain faster. Just goes to show that there is no single RIGHT way to go about this process...everyone is different on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual....and all those pieces have to fit together the right way for success. I'm still struggling to find MY "right way."

I would LOVE to hear your story! I find other people's successes to be very inspiring...especially when it's a long-term success with solutions that can be applied in the real world the rest of us live in.

Amen, Mark! We expect to live here for two years. I find myself hoping the red tape doesn't get itself untangled in that time!
