    Thoughts on pinstripe clown ?

I'm just curious about everyone's thoughts on the pinstripe clown ?
I haven't seen many and it doesn't seem to be a morph that very many are working with.
I just wondered if there was a reason or is this morph just being over looked ... I personally think there is a lot of potential with it.

Thank you for your thoughts and comments

I'll be working on it. My lemon blast will be going to my pastel clown.

Re: Thoughts on pinstripe clown ?

The great think about mutation is that there is one for everyone.

What do I think about that one? I found it interesting however I would not have one in my collection or work with that clown combo, just because I like my clowns and their combos to be VERY reduced so for me Blade and Enchi clown is what I chose to work with.

As far as not many people working with it, keep in mind that it is still fairly new and sometime it takes while from the moment it is first produced to the time people decide to go with the project and can actually produce one of their own.

Also, consider the sheer number of different combo morphs out there that folks can choose to work with. While there will always be what I consider "foundational" combos that are commonly bred to sell to the general public, the more specialized combos (especially with relatively expensive recessive base morphs) like pinstripe clown will probably always seem "rare" because there are so many others to work with and aim for. The number of active breeders that show off their work online compared to the number of current and potential combos out there ensures that some things will always be uncommon.

Ok ... I understand completely, I also am fond of the reduced patterned stuff.
What about blade pinstripe or enchi pinstripe added to clown ... And them maybe some color added from Fire or pastel or maybe even orange dream ?
Are any of these combos exciting to you or peak your interest in any way ?

Thanks again for the comments and opinions

There are tons of combos that excite me and that I love seeing other people produce but I can't have them all, I am a small hobbyist, I work with more than one species and want to keep my animal collection manageable so I stay focus on my goals, I concentrate on Pied and Clown combos and in those clown combos I am aiming for Enchi Hypo Clown (takes a while), Enchi CG Clown, Enchi Pastel Clown, and Enchi Lesser Clown and the Their Super Enchi form and also Super Blades (which blade is already in the mix of what I have), still wondering if I should add Leopard in the mix everything else is Pied projects.

If I could work with everything I like I would need a facility and employees and that would just take the fun out of it.

Hardest part is to stay focus on what you like.

Since Judy and Deborah pretty much nailed why you don't see many out there I'll give my $.02 on what I think of the morph. I like it! But then again about the only clown morphs I've seen that I'm not overly fond of are the Albino Clowns, Asystole, Clown Killer Bee, and the Spinner Blast Clown. I like to see some of the Clown pattern on the sides and those morphs have just completely wash it away which is why I would not try to breed those morphs.
    Cheers, Jeff
