Boas give live birth, so saying she's "egg bound" is probably the wrong term. But if she wasn't able to release all the young - or if they didn't all develop correctly inside her - this could be what you're seeing. I would soak her in warm water, massaging gently around the areas to see if you can ease those lumps out. Otherwise, get her to a vet.
I will try the bath

I haven't bred my boas, but I'm wondering if it's possible she didn't "birth" all of her babies. Have the lumps gotten bigger? I know ball pythons can not lay all their eggs, and then they need surgery to extract the egg that didn't lay. I have no idea if this is possible with boas?

I think you need to find a good vet and get an X-ray done and then you will know for sure. I hope it all works out well for her.
