Two to three days for babies (I feed weekly).

Big adults I may give an extra day since they get a f/t medium every two weeks.

Boas get a full week but they're eating either a jumbo rat or 20-24 oz rabbit monthly.

I give them 24 hours. If it's an appropriately sized meal it shouldn't be a big deal. Individual snakes may vary but I have not had any issues so far.

    Re: Handling after feeding

I wait a couple of days.
I'll check on them the next day to make sure things are ok but for the most part will just leave them alone.

We give our girl a medium f/t every seven days and as long as she doesn't have an extended feeding reaction, we hold her 48 hours later. She's got a great feeding response and sometimes gets stuck in feed mode for a few days, lol.
